This notice explains how information is handled through the current Photura website and when you contact us about potential work.

When you submit a project brief, the website sends your enquiry through a server-side endpoint, stores it in a private Google Sheet and sends a notification containing your enquiry to Photura’s Feishu work group so our team can review and respond. The Sheet and notification also include approximate country and city inferred from your public IP address when available; VPNs and proxies can affect accuracy. Your IP address is not added to the Google Sheet or included in the notification. This form does not accept file uploads.
Information you choose to send
Photura records your name, work email, company, optional website, service selection and project brief, together with the submission time and approximate country and city when available. Page URL, referrer and campaign parameters are not stored in the lead Sheet or notification. We use the recorded information to review your enquiry, reply, scope potential work and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamps for security, reliability and delivery of the website.
Cookies and analytics
This prototype does not currently set optional analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice should be updated and any required consent controls should be added before tracking begins.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell contact information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting website hosting, email or project delivery, and retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you have sent to Photura, subject to applicable legal requirements, by contacting collab@photuramedia.com.
