Sending a brief is an invitation to discuss potential work. Scope, fees, timing, usage rights, deliverables and responsibilities become binding only when confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, the Photura name, site design, copy and original materials are owned by Photura or used with permission. Client names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Permitted use
